Students entering 9th Grade:
Admitted students are strongly urged encouraged to spend the day at H-B Woodlawn. Students have been assigned to one of three days for the visit (see below). This is a FULL DAY visit, starting at 9:30 and ending at 3:15. Students should bring a book and a bagged lunch or money to purchase lunch in our cafeteria. Drop off and pick up will be at 1601 Wilson Boulevard. There is no need to park.
Students who attend the following schools are scheduled to visit on Thursday, February 13: Gunston, Williamsburg, and non-APS schools
Students who attend the following schools are scheduled to visit on Friday, February 14: Jefferson and Swanson
Students who attend the following schools are scheduled to visit on Wednesday, February 19: Dorothy Hamm and Kenmore
Parents should drop their students off outside of our building, The Heights, located at 1601 Wilson Boulevard. There is no need to park as staff will be outside to welcome students. Plan to attend an important meeting for rising 9th grade parents and students on February 19 at 7:30 pm in the H-B Woodlawn library.

2. The H-B Woodlawn Course Request Form – Will be sent to admitted students by Vanessa Piccorossi by COB on Monday, February 10, 2020.
