• He was selected from more than 2,000 nominees nationwide, placing him among the top 200 music teachers recognized this year.

• Mr. Podolski’s recognition reflects the vibrant arts community at H-B Woodlawn and the strength of APS’ commitment to music education.
• Finalists will be announced in September, with one educator ultimately selected to attend the 2026 GRAMMY Awards and receive national recognition.
