Every year, the English Department offers high school students the opportunity to see plays at Arena Stage at a great price.  Students (and parents) may attend one, two or all three plays.  Seats are limited so in order to secure a place, students are encouraged to turn in their permission slips and money to their English teacher asap.  Play attendance is optional and by student choice.  The plays are selected with a high school audience in mind and are, therefore, available to 9-12 grade students. Students are responsible for all schoolwork missed during this field trip.  Additional information will be included in student’s first day packets.  The plays for the 2018-19 school year include the following titles and dates:

December 4th – Anything Goes

February 13th – Kleptocracy

March 6th – The Heiress

A synopsis of each play may be found at http://arenastage.org/

Parking

No parking on zebra stripes or any spot with yellow edging around campus.

In one case it makes it impossible for a wheelchair ramp to be used, in other cases the cars block 1) buses accessing Stratford, 2) cars from backing out of facing parking spots and 3) ambulance access to both HBW and Stratford.
